Job Duties
- Understand local streets and highways thoroughly
- transport and carry delivery items including containers, hotboxes, coolers, and trays
- take guests order and handle cash and credit transactions
- possess basic cash handling skills
- enter orders accurately into the POS system
- handle guest problems efficiently and friendly
- demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- suggestively sell additional menu items
- check food quality to ensure freshness and safety
- greet guests entering and leaving to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- assist with cleaning and maintenance duties
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- deliver local store marketing materials throughout the delivery area
- perform other duties assigned by management
