The Bartender role at Buca di Beppo is vital to the success of each guest visit and the restaurant’s mission. The Bartender is responsible for serving guests promptly and courteously, ensuring that every guest enjoys a lively, flavorful dining experience. This role requires a friendly, sincere approach and the willingness to do 'whatever it takes' to create an exceptional atmosphere. The Bartender also supports the dining room team by providing timely, efficient service to servers and wait assistants, making sure the entire dining operation flows smoothly. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year bartending experience preferred
  • legal age to serve alcohol in the state
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • prior bartending experience preferred
  • knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to multitask and work as part of a team
  • basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Duties

  • serve guests in a friendly and sincere manner
  • prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • support servers and wait assistants with beverage service
  • ensure all guest orders are accurate and delivered promptly
  • adhere to safety and responsible alcohol service standards
  • contribute to creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere
