Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Job Qualifications
- Certification in bartending or mixology
- experience in fine dining establishments
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including washing glassware and restocking supplies
- monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked
- adhere to all health and safety regulations including responsible alcohol service and sanitation practices
