Job Qualifications
- Active U.S. Customs Broker License
- Strong background in customs brokerage with deep HTS classification knowledge
- Experience handling high-volume entry processing, ideally over 100 entries per month
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced onsite environment
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with customs brokerage software and compliance procedures
Job Duties
- Serve as the on-site manager for all import customs brokerage activity
- Maintain compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and internal SOPs
- Personally handle approximately 150 entry files per month including HTS classification and submission
- Act as the subject matter expert for import procedures, documentation, and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with IT and leadership to support the rollout of new clearance software
- Provide leadership and mentorship to entry staff while being hands-on in operations
- Drive process improvements during a major systems transition
