Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to complete and pass all required Dutch Bros training and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 65 lbs
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- English proficiency in verbal and written communication
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a positive experience
- Help customers learn the menu, various products, and current specials
- Embody and promote the company culture and values
- Ensure consistency by delivering speed, quality, and accurate service
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among customers and team members
- Arrive on time and communicate availability and absences properly
- Support teammates and assist with tasks as needed
