Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to work up to 10 hours per shift including periods of standing, walking, and movement
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Commitment to complete and pass all training and certification programs
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the company culture through every interaction
- Provide consistent service with a focus on speed, quality, and accuracy
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in all work interactions
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability properly
- Assist teammates and support operations as needed
