Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required
- Pass and maintain company training, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions
- Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or food and beverage experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical activity including standing and lifting
- Willingness to learn and complete training programs
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
