Job Requirements
- minimum 15 hours availability per week
- availability to work at any shop in assigned territory
- good communication skills
- ability to follow company policies
- punctuality
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 65 lbs, and handling cash
- current food safety certification if applicable

Job Duties
- Prepare drinks following Dutch Bros standards and customer orders
- greet and engage customers with a smile
- educate customers about menu, products, and specials
- maintain clean and welcoming shop environment
- attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies
- show up on time and follow appearance guidelines
- work flexibly across different shop locations
