Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting up to 65 pounds
- Completion of all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
- Adherence to the company’s Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them warmly
- Ask and educate customers about the menu and current specials

- Be consistent in speed, quality, and service delivering accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
