Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Complete and pass all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Ability to stand, walk or be in motion during shifts up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Proficient verbal and written English communication
- Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as stooping or kneeling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Basic mental math skills
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with a moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody company culture by fostering meaningful relationships
- Maintain speed, quality, and service to ensure customers receive accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates
- Arrive on time, communicate availability, and follow call-out procedures
- Support team members as needed and adapt to changing circumstances
