Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
  • Complete and pass all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
  • Ability to stand, walk or be in motion during shifts up to 10 hours
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as stooping or kneeling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Basic mental math skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with a moment of special
  • Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
  • Embody company culture by fostering meaningful relationships
  • Maintain speed, quality, and service to ensure customers receive accurate orders
  • Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates
  • Arrive on time, communicate availability, and follow call-out procedures
  • Support team members as needed and adapt to changing circumstances
