Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Completion and passing of mandatory trainings
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Written, oral, and verbal proficiency in English
- Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts with physical demands including standing, walking, lifting, and occasional weather exposure
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo required trainings and certifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 65 lbs
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages valued
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by building relationships through positive interactions
- Be consistent in delivering fast, high-quality service that meets customer orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism among team members and customers
- Be reliable by arriving on time and communicating availability needs
- Help out teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
