Job Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- willingness to work at any shop within the Operator's territory
- ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours
- capability to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally
- comply with all company policies and procedures
- maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications

- have reliable transportation
- be punctual for scheduled shifts
- hold current Food Handlers Certifications if required by state and local laws
Job Duties
- Make drinks according to Dutch Bros standards and customer orders
- engage customers and welcome them with a smile
- ask customers questions to educate and ensure they get exactly what they want
- follow company appearance guidelines and be punctual
- maintain a clean and inviting shop atmosphere
- attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies
- be a supportive teammate and know your resources
