Dutch Bros Coffee is currently seeking part-time Broistas who will be instrumental in crafting the unique Dutch Bros coffee drinks consistently with excellence. The Broista role is centered around creating a memorable experience for every customer that walks through the door by serving drinks made to specification while exemplifying the vibrant Dutch Bros spirit. This position is not only about coffee preparation but about embodying the culture of the company, delivering fast and quality service, and fostering meaningful customer connections. Broistas will engage customers by educating them on menu offerings, providing recommendations, and creating a friendly environment where everyone feels valued. This position demands punctuality, reliability, and adherence to company standards including appearance and conduct.

Broistas must be flexible with work hours, expected to work a minimum of 15 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and potentially at any shop within the operator's territory. Physical demands include standing and walking for long periods, occasional manual labor such as lifting, stooping, and exposure to varying temperatures. Dutch Bros values positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm, encouraging employees to be optimistic and team-oriented. This position offers a wage up to $17.00 per hour inclusive of tips, recognizing that actual tips may vary by location and performance.
