Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required
- Complete and pass all company training, certifications, and knowledge assessments
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including the Employee Handbook
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 pounds when necessary
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with basic math operations
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody Dutch Bros culture by fostering positive relationships
- Be consistent in speed, quality, and service ensuring accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism throughout shifts
- Be reliable by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed to support the team and operations
