Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English both verbally and in writing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts of up to 10 hours
- Capacity to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Completion and passing of all required training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Engage customers with a warm greeting and provide exceptional service
- Ask and educate customers about menu options and current specials
- Embody and promote the company culture focused on relationships and positivity
- Consistently deliver orders with speed, quality, and accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster an optimistic environment
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates and assist with any additional tasks as needed
