Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Current Food Handlers Certification if required by state or local law
- Available to work minimum 15 hours per week
- Willing to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work at any shop within operator territory
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create Dutch Bros drinks according to company guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service with a smile
- Engage and educate customers about menu options and specials
- Maintain clean and welcoming shop environment
- Follow company policies and attend mandatory meetings
- Show up on time and adhere to appearance standards
- Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends
