Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Be punctual with reliable transportation
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal English
- Be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Friendly and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile and providing a moment of special
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture by prioritizing relationships and a positive environment
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism in all interactions
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following call out procedures
- Help out teammates and support the team as needed
