Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to complete, pass, and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Capable of standing, walking, and other physical activities for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Written, oral, and verbal proficiency in English
- Adherence to company policies including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with a special moment
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture and values
- Deliver speed, quality, and service ensuring customer orders are accurate
- Maintain a positive attitude and make others feel valued
- Attend work on time, communicate availability, and follow proper call out procedures
- Support team members and adapt to changing circumstances to ensure smooth operations
