Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
- Ability to perform basic mental math tasks
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages highly valued
- Ability to perform mental math and handle cash transactions
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively
- Food handler permit or willingness to obtain if required
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking each person with a smile and providing exceptional service
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, specials, and personalized drink options
- Embody the company culture by building relationships and promoting a positive environment
- Ensure consistency by delivering accurate orders quickly while maintaining quality and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among team members and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following call out procedures
- Help out team members as needed to support store operations and customer satisfaction
