Job Requirements
- obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- complete, pass, and maintain trainings and certifications including federal, state, and local regulations
- reliable transportation for on-time arrival to scheduled shifts and meetings
- proficient in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 lbs
- adhere to company policies and procedures including Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
- perform mental math as required during cash handling
- flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- willingness to ascend or descend ladders or ramps occasionally
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- adaptable to changing circumstances
- positive attitude and people-first mindset
- commitment to providing quality service with speed and accuracy
