The role of Broista at Dutch Bros Coffee is core to the customer experience and company success. This position offers hourly compensation up to $16.00 per hour, which includes an average tip amount of $6.00 per hour based on 2024 tip reporting, though actual tips may vary. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Completion of company-required trainings and passing all related tests
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in English communication, verbal and written
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
