Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food handler permit or certification as required by local or state laws
  • Ability to complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Adaptability to dynamic work conditions and team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform mental math and handle cash transactions
  • Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts of up to 10 hours
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 pounds
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and strong team player mentality

Job Duties

  • Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
  • Help customers learn and understand the menu, products, and current specials
  • Maintain speed, quality, and service consistency
  • Embody the company culture of love all, serve all and build meaningful customer relationships
  • Show up on time and ready to work, communicating availability and following proper call-out procedures
  • Support team members and adapt to shifting demands and circumstances
  • Participate in and complete all required trainings and maintain necessary certifications
