Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum availability of 15 hours per week
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Current Food Handlers Certification if required by state or local laws
- Ability to follow company guidelines and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform job duties such as standing, lifting, and verbal communication
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrate core values of speed, quality, and service
- Embody Dutch Bros culture
- Possess reliable transportation
- Have current Food Handlers Certification if applicable
- Be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work at any shop within the Operator's territory as needed
Job Duties
- Create Dutch Bros drinks following company guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service
- Engage and educate customers about menu and specials
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile
- Maintain shop cleanliness and appropriate atmosphere
- Arrive on time and follow appearance standards
- Participate in team meetings and adhere to company policies
