The position of Broista at Dutch Bros Coffee is an hourly role with compensation up to $16.00 per hour, inclusive of an average tip of approximately $6.00 per hour. Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation for punctuality
  • Food handler permit or certification as per local/state laws
  • Complete and pass all required trainings
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts up to 10 hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
  • Proficiency in English (written, verbal, and oral)
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
