Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Completion and passing of company training programs and knowledge tests
- Basic mental math skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 pounds
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Effective communication skills including oral and written English proficiency

Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials

- Ensure speed, quality, and service by giving customers exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and inspire optimism among coworkers and customers
- Show up to work on time, communicate availability, and follow call out procedures
