Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
  • Adhere to company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
  • Ability to stand, walk, or be in motion for up to 10 hours per shift
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
  • Complete, pass, and maintain required trainings and certifications
  • Proficiency in math for cash handling
  • Written, oral, and verbal English proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and community involvement
  • Positive attitude and adaptability
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
  • Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
  • Embody the Dutch Bros culture by focusing on relationships and exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the customer receives exactly what they ordered by maintaining core values of speed, quality, and service
  • Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude with coworkers and customers
  • Show up to work on time, communicate availability needs, and follow proper call out procedures
  • Support teammates as needed and be adaptable to changing circumstances
