Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Adhere to company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, or be in motion for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Complete, pass, and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in math for cash handling
- Written, oral, and verbal English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and community involvement
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by focusing on relationships and exceptional customer service
- Ensure the customer receives exactly what they ordered by maintaining core values of speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude with coworkers and customers
- Show up to work on time, communicate availability needs, and follow proper call out procedures
- Support teammates as needed and be adaptable to changing circumstances
