Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to complete and pass mandatory trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 lbs
- English proficiency in written, oral, and verbal communication
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including mandatory meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Engage with customers daily by greeting them with a smile and providing excellent service
- Ask questions and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the Dutch Bros culture of loving all and serving all
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in all customer and team interactions
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following call-out procedures
- Support team members and help out as needed during busy or unexpected times
