Job Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to work at any shop within the operator’s territory
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, carry up to 65 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
- Strong verbal communication and mental math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation
- Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts
- Current Food Handlers Certification if applicable

Job Duties
- Create drinks according to Dutch Bros standards and customer orders
- Engage customers with friendly greetings and personalized service
- Educate customers about menu items and current specials
- Maintain cleanliness and an appropriate atmosphere in the shop
- Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies
- Show up on time and represent Dutch Bros appearance guidelines
- Work flexibly across different shop locations within the territory
