Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a positive, people-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody and promote the company culture of love and service
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and support teammates
- Arrive on time and communicate availability
- Assist in other tasks as needed to support the team
