Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Complete and pass all required trainings and knowledge tests
- Proficient verbal, written, and oral English communication
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Ability to adapt to various weather conditions
- Follow proper call out procedures
- Maintain physical endurance for bending, stooping, and other physical activities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu and specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture focused on relationships and community
- Ensure consistency by providing the correct orders with speed, quality, and excellent service
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates and pitch in wherever needed
