Job Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a broiler or grill cook in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player
- Ability to lift, handle, and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and move quickly for prolonged periods of up to four hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a broiler or grill cook in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
- Strong understanding of meat temperatures, doneness levels, and steakhouse standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Effective communication and attentive listening skills

Job Duties
- Expertly cooking and finishing steaks to guest specifications using high-temperature broilers

- Keeping the broiler station and kitchen line clean and organized
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent service
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations
