Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a broiler chef or in a similar role
- Ability to broil, grill and sauté proteins effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Must be able to work under pressure and follow directions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience working as a broiler chef or similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of proper cooking techniques for meats and proteins
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ability to broil, grille and/or sauté, and to use a top-broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness
- Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization during shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor food quality and discard food that does not meet standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
