Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a culinary role, preferably as a broiler chef or similar
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • experience in broiling, grilling, or sautéing proteins
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong attention to detail and presentation
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • previous experience in a steakhouse or similar establishment preferred

Job Duties

  • Ability to broil, grille and/or saute proteins using a top-broiler to desired doneness
  • coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests expectations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the broiler station
  • ensure all food items are prepared according to safety and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs
