Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a culinary role, preferably as a broiler chef or similar
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- experience in broiling, grilling, or sautéing proteins
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong attention to detail and presentation
- good communication and teamwork skills
- previous experience in a steakhouse or similar establishment preferred
Job Duties
- Ability to broil, grille and/or saute proteins using a top-broiler to desired doneness
- coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
- follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests expectations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the broiler station
- ensure all food items are prepared according to safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs
