Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive chef or sous chef in an upscale or high-volume kitchen
- ServSafe certification
- Strong background in American cuisine with creative flair and seasonal sensibility

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts
- Develop and execute seasonal menus with a creative upscale twist on American pub classics
- Maintain high standards for food quality consistency presentation and sanitation
- Manage kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluation
- Control food costs through effective inventory management portion control and vendor relations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations local state and federal
- Foster a positive team-oriented kitchen culture with clear communication and mutual respect
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to coordinate service and meet guest expectations
- Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen environment
