Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus with a creative upscale twist on American pub classics
  • Maintain high standards for food quality consistency presentation and sanitation
  • Manage kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluation
  • Control food costs through effective inventory management portion control and vendor relations
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations local state and federal
  • Foster a positive team-oriented kitchen culture with clear communication and mutual respect
  • Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to coordinate service and meet guest expectations
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen environment
