The event symbolizes excellence in sportsmanship and organization and promises to be an extraordinary and unforgettable experience watched by millions globally.

FIFA26 aims to unite people through the spirit of football and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, innovation, and sustainability throughout the preparation and delivery of the tournament. The organization fosters a dynamic, multicultural work environment designed to attract and empower talent capable of managing complex projects under tight deadlines and rapidly evolving situations.

The Broadcast Operations Venue Manager position based in Seattle is a pivotal role dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of all broadcast operations and related non-technical services at a designated FIFA World Cup 2026 stadium. Reporting duties include delivering timely and detailed progress updates during pre-event planning stages and providing daily operational reports during the tournament.

This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional decision-making skills, the ability to innovate and take initiative, and a vision aligned with FIFA's mission to deliver a world-class sporting event. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale sports events or similar projects, with a firm understanding of broadcast operations and project management methodologies. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish or French is advantageous. Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools is also necessary.

The salary range for this Seattle-based position is between $93,000 and $105,000, in compliance with Washington State's Equal Pay and Opportunity Act. Compensation will be based on experience, education, and other relevant factors. FIFA26 offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, as well as a 401k plan.
