Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as sous chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
  • understanding of state, federal, and local health standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of inventory management systems
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
