Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen management role
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and local health regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to supervise and lead team members
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing kitchen and kitchen personnel

  • Ensure quality of food preparation of all menu items
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items according to standards
  • Oversee inventory management and food production
  • Supervise kitchen staff and facilitate team collaboration
  • Manage catering and banquet operations
