Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen management role
- Knowledge of state, federal, and local health regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capability to supervise and lead team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist in managing kitchen and kitchen personnel

- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items according to standards
- Oversee inventory management and food production
- Supervise kitchen staff and facilitate team collaboration
