Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or culinary leadership
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to manage budgets and control food and labor costs

Job Duties
