Job Duties
- Create lifetime guests by delivering uncompromising quality service
- Ensure the highest level of food quality and consistency
- Lead the chef family in preparing great tasting Italian food
- Manage operational efficiency and EBITDA for back-of-house functions
- Hire, train, and retain back-of-house employees
- Conduct regular menu tastings and line checks
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and security standards
- Develop and coach chefs and staff
- Utilize guest feedback and review tracker to improve food quality
- Control food costs and labor to meet financial goals
- Schedule and manage employee workload
- Order and inventory food and supplies
- Foster a professional, fun, and rewarding work environment
