We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of guest service within our restaurant. The Dishwasher is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all work areas and equipment. retrieves dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays
sorts dirty dishes into racks
places rack through dishwashing system, following all safety precautions and standards
sorts and shelves clean dishes per company standards
