Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement for the service of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to maintain good coordination and concentration while serving multiple guests
- Ability to exert physical effort in transporting food and beverages

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Familiarity with state liquor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and endure prolonged periods of standing and walking
Job Duties
- Provide prompt and friendly service to guests
- Serve menu items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and presentation
- Comply with all state liquor laws and company policies regarding alcohol service
- Assist in opening and closing checklists to maintain restaurant and equipment
- Greet guests and take orders utilizing suggestive selling and upselling techniques
- Prepare guest checks and process payments accurately
