Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain the bar area and its equipment using opening and closing checklists
- Ensure prompt and friendly service according to company guidelines
- Greet guests and take orders using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
- Comply with state liquor regulations and company standards regarding the service of alcohol
- Monitor guests for signs of intoxication and follow company procedures
- Prepare guest checks and process credit card payments adhering to cash handling procedures
