Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Maintain the bar area and its equipment using opening and closing checklists
  • Ensure prompt and friendly service according to company guidelines
  • Greet guests and take orders using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
  • Comply with state liquor regulations and company standards regarding the service of alcohol
  • Monitor guests for signs of intoxication and follow company procedures
  • Prepare guest checks and process credit card payments adhering to cash handling procedures
