Job Requirements
- Meets minimum age requirements for alcohol service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bartending
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Two years experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service
- Demonstrated knowledge of bar equipment and beverage preparation
- Ability to create a welcoming and engaging guest experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to follow and enforce safety and state liquor regulations
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to company standards
- Maintain bar area cleanliness and equipment through opening and closing checklists
- Foster a positive and high-energy environment for team members and guests
- Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company policies regarding alcohol service
- Engage guests using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
- Process guest payments including cash and credit cards accurately
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations
