Job Requirements

  • Meets minimum age requirements for alcohol service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bartending
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Two years experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bar equipment and beverage preparation
  • Ability to create a welcoming and engaging guest experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to follow and enforce safety and state liquor regulations
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to company standards
  • Maintain bar area cleanliness and equipment through opening and closing checklists
  • Foster a positive and high-energy environment for team members and guests
  • Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company policies regarding alcohol service
  • Engage guests using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
  • Process guest payments including cash and credit cards accurately
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations
