The Bartender role at Brio and Bravo is an integral part of delivering on this guest-first promise. Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement for alcohol service
  • comply with departmental policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, and drink recipes
  • demonstrate professional and ethical behavior
  • ensure compliance with guest intoxication policies
  • complete proper documentation for incidents
  • maintain knowledge of bar setups, operating hours, and pricing

Job Qualifications

  • Two years experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service
  • knowledge of state liquor laws and service regulations
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • competency in handling cash and credit transactions
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • maintain the bar area and equipment using opening and closing checklists
  • ensure guest service meets or exceeds company standards
  • create a high-energy and engaging environment for staff and guests
  • communicate effectively with management and team members
  • adhere to company policies on alcohol service and state liquor regulations
  • process guest checks and credit card payments while following cash handling procedures
