Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Possession of a Multi-Engine Commercial pilot certificate and a 2nd class medical
  • Minimum of 500 total flight hours, including 100 hours cross country, 10 hours multi-engine, and 25 hours at night
  • Ability to pass FAA required 10-year work history review, criminal background and fingerprint checks
  • Valid US or foreign passport
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel in and out of the United States
  • Eligibility for CANPASS entry to Canada
  • Ability to pass FAA and Company mandated drug and alcohol tests

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Multi-Engine Commercial pilot certificate
  • 2nd class medical certificate
  • Minimum of 500 hours total flight time, including 100 hours cross country, 10 hours multi-engine, and 25 hours at night
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, including verbal commands during emergencies

Job Duties

  • Commands the aircraft and crew from departure to the destination
  • Ensures the safety of the passengers, crewmembers, cargo, and aircraft
  • Operates assigned flights after determining airworthiness of the aircraft and reviewing factors such as weather, field conditions, and navigational aids
  • Reviews the load manifest for accuracy
  • Supervises enroute performance of other crew members assigned to the aircraft
  • Ensures compliance with all Company procedures and FAA regulations relative to the conduct of flights
  • Advises the flight coordinator of any situation that could affect the flight schedule in a timely manner
