- Knowledge of coffee drink types and customizations
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders
- Prepare all drinks and premixes
- Collect payments for orders using POS system
- Make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies during shifts
- Assist team members and support a positive work environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
