The role of a Brewista at 7 Brew is integral to achieving this goal. Brewistas are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is genuine and uplifting, reflecting the company’s commitment to kindness and joyful service. The position is available as both full-time and part-time employment, with pay ranging from $15.16 to $22.00 per hour, supplemented by tips. This role involves more than just beverage preparation; it requires an individual who can engage warmly with customers, maintain urgency during busy periods, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Brewistas will handle orders using the point of sale system, prepare a variety of drinks and premixes, and ensure an efficient and positive service flow during every shift.
