Job Requirements

Works a flexible schedule
Works minimum of three shifts per week
Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests
Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary
Can safely handle food and beverage preparation
Ability to engage positively with customers
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes at a time
Can work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
Can work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
Can lift up to 50 lbs
Can stand comfortably for hours
Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
Can perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting for stocking and cleaning
Can safely walk in between and around cars in drive-thru line
Can safely use a utility knife

Job Duties

Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders, and correctly key in orders to point of sale system
Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change
Prepare all drinks and premixes
Move with urgency to meet customer time expectations
Stay productive and proactive throughout entire shift
Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and warm smiles
Know menu and drink offerings thoroughly, suggest and recommend drinks appropriately
Dress appropriately and bring best self to work daily
Execute shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores when needed
Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation regulations
