Brewistas report directly to their stand manager and are entrusted with responsibilities that encompass making delicious drinks, accurately processing orders, preparing premixed flavors and teas, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies. This role demands someone who can move with a sense of urgency, always prioritizing the customer experience during each shift. A Brewista is not just a barista: they are ambassadors of kindness who engage sincerely with customers, teammates, and vendors alike, creating warm and genuine connections with everyone they encounter.

The Brewista position offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with flexible scheduling options designed to accommodate your lifestyle. Shifts vary in length from 4 to 7 hours and can include day, night, weekday, weekend, and holiday availability. This schedule flexibility is ideal for those seeking work-life balance while being part of an energetic and mission-driven team. Tipping is also part of the compensation, making this a rewarding role for individuals passionate about customer service and beverage crafting.
