Job Requirements

Ability to create genuine and uplifting interactions
Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot liquids and products
Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks such as bending and squatting
Safety awareness to navigate drive-thru lines and handle utility knives safely

Job Qualifications

Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
Can work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
Can work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
Can lift up to 50lbs
Can work on their feet for hours at a time
Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive-thru line
Can safely use a utility knife

Job Duties

Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to customers
Prepare all drinks and premixes accurately
Move with urgency to serve customers promptly
Stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, even when business is slow
Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language
Know the menu and drink customizations inside and out
help customers identify and correctly order their desired drinks, and offer suggestions when appropriate
Bring their best self to work every day, maintaining good hygiene and appropriate dress
Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
Always be clocked in and ready to work at their assigned position when their shift begins
Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
