The company culture is built on dreaming big and working collaboratively to create a future filled with more cheers by fostering a passionate and talented workforce.

The Brewing Apprentice role in the Brewing Department is a crucial entry-level position designed for individuals ready to learn and contribute to the production of high-quality beverages. This is a full-time role that offers a starting wage of $30.55 per hour for employees with 0-12 months of experience, increasing progressively to $40.74 per hour upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Apprentices work rotating shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and midnights, with shift durations ranging from 8 to 12 hours based on seniority.

As a Brewing Apprentice, you will be entrusted with operating various beer production systems such as grain unloading, brewhouse, fermentation, secondary aging, filtration, and flavored alcoholic beverage processes. You will gain hands-on experience with process management, system control, sanitation, and upkeep of manufacturing equipment. The role demands dedication to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards throughout the brewing process. You will be expected to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct quality checks, perform basic troubleshooting, and document process data, while working effectively within a team environment.

This apprenticeship is ideal for those passionate about brewing who seek to develop their technical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint will aid in day-to-day operations. The company encourages continuous learning, ensuring you have the tools, teams, and resources to develop your full potential as a brewing expert. This position also requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and tolerate varying temperatures and conditions in the plant.

Joining Anheuser-Busch as a Brewing Apprentice means becoming part of a company that values its employees and offers career growth, competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and a sense of pride in contributing to a nationally renowned legacy. If you are motivated, self-driven, and eager to work in a collaborative and safety-focused environment, this role provides an excellent pathway to a rewarding career in the brewing industry.
