Founded on principles of safety, kindness, integrity, ingenuity, and excellence, Breeze Airways continues to expand its footprint across major routes while maintaining a culture centered on the guest and team member experience. With a clear mission to improve travel through smart innovations and heartfelt service, Breeze Airways offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment for individuals passionate about aviation and customer service.
We are currently seeking seriously nice Part-Time Flight Attendants for our ORF Crew Base located in Norfolk, Virginia. This role is critical as our Flight Attendants are the face of Breeze Airways and play a pivotal part in guest safety and comfort. As a Part-Time Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-flight service that aligns with Breeze’s friendly and safety-first culture. This opportunity comes with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours, paid training, and comprehensive perks such as 401K benefits beginning after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze’s network after just 30 days of employment. Additionally, you'll enjoy travel benefits on other airlines after six months, making this role an exciting and rewarding career choice.
In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, assist with seating and luggage, and be a steady presence in keeping the cabin safe and comfortable. You will encounter high-stress situations where your calm demeanor, empathy, and quick thinking will ensure everyone’s well-being. Collaboration with fellow team members is essential, and you will be expected to adhere strictly to FAA safety regulations and company standards. Your responsibilities will also include serving beverages and meals with exceptional hygiene standards, instructing guests on emergency procedures, administering first aid if required, and maintaining cabin cleanliness and order. The ability to handle tight spaces, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively in English are key to success in this position.
Breeze Airways looks for candidates who are at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and meet specific physical requirements such as height restrictions to safely perform duties including reaching emergency equipment and sitting securely in jump seats. Candidates should display a neatly groomed appearance and have the ability to pass several safety and security checks including vision, hearing, a DOT pre-employment drug test, TSA fingerprint-based checks, and background screening. Fluency in English and a valid passport are mandatory, alongside the ability to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and reserve shifts. As a member of Breeze’s team, you will be a proactive, positive self-starter who embraces the company's core values and safety culture while delivering top-notch customer service.
Joining Breeze Airways means becoming part of a company that values inclusivity and equal opportunity in all aspects of employment. Our commitment to diversity is unwavering, and we provide a harassment-free workplace where team members feel respected and empowered. Breeze ensures all employees have the resources and training necessary to deliver on our promise to passengers and to each other. If you are passionate about aviation, dedicated to service excellence, and ready to contribute to a growing airline that puts kindness at the forefront, applying to become a Breeze Airways Flight Attendant could be the perfect next step in your career.
